Police reports: Felony pot charge, teen drug possession, DUI



The following items were taken from Mokena police reports:


A 21-year-old Richton Park man was charged with felony manufacture-delivery of 30-500 grams of cannabis during an April 15 traffic stop on the 9300 block of Lincoln Highway. He was pulled over for improper lighting and operating a motor vehicle with malfunctioning taillights.


An 17-year-old Mokena woman was charged with violating local ordinances against possessing cannabis and possessing drug paraphernalia. She was approached by police April 17 on the 200 block of Mulberry Road.


A 33-year-old Frankfort man was charged with DUI with a blood-alcohol content above the legal limit, speeding and improper lane use following an April 18 traffic stop at Folkers Drive and Old Frankfort Way.


A 22-year-old Frankfort man was charged with domestic battery April 17 after being stopped by Will County Forest Preserve Police at an unidentified location.


A 59-year-old Monee-area man was charged with DUI with a blood-alcohol content above the legal limit and speeding following an April 8 traffic stop at Jeanie and Raintree lanes.


A 32-year-old Mokena woman was charged with driving on a suspended license following an April 4 traffic stop at 80th Avenue and 170th Place.


A 48-year-old Alsip woman was arrested April 3 for driving on a suspended license, following too closely and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. She was stopped at the intersection of 171st Street and 70th Avenue.


A 60-year-old Markham man was charged with driving on a suspended license and having a malfunctioning rear registration plate light following an April 3 traffic stop on the 8500 block of West 159th Street.
