Cannabis offender and speeders among those up before Derby magistrates

KELLY Jeannette Hanson, 35, of Brackens Lane, Alvaston, was given a community order with £60 victim surcharge and told to pay £85 costs for possessing cannabis on November 16.

MIROSLAN David, 42, of Palmerston Street, Derby, was fined £75 with £20 surcharge and £35 costs, for speeding on August 1. His licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

LUKASZ Brzuchalsi, 23, of Wellington Crescent, Derby, was fined £200, with £20 victim surcharge, and told to pay £85 costs, for driving while not wearing a seatbelt on September 27.

ALEC Paul Doherty, 19, of Amari Park, Russell Street, Derby, was fined £200, with £20 victim surcharge, and told to pay £85 costs, for driving other than in accordance with a licence on September 24.

NEIL McCready, of Market Place, Belper, was fined £200, with £20 victim surcharge, and told to pay £85 costs, for speeding on July 30. His licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

NEIL Keith Pinkstone, 42, of Berwick Avenue, Derby, was fined £200, with £20 victim surcharge, and told to pay £85 costs, for speeding on July 29. His licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

JONATHAN Mark Sutton, 36, of Station Road, Long Eaton, was fined £200, with £20 victim surcharge, and told to pay £85 prosecution costs, for driving without proper control of a vehicle on August 1. His licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

MUHAMMED Abdul Tahid, 39, of Market Street, Heanor, was fined £400, with £40 victim surcharge, and told to pay £35 costs, for failing to give information about a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. His licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
