A Tyburn man has been sent for trial charged with being in possession of an offensive weapon designed for the discharge of pepper spray, in Erdington during May this year.
Lukasz Jedrzejczak of Minstead Road has been ordered to appear at Crown Court in August.
He has also been charged with possessing cannabis.
