Marijuana news: California undercover drug cop wears T-shirt with vulgar message aimed at pot ...

A San Diego TV news crew on the scene of a marijuana raid spotted an undercover officer wearing a T-shirt with a crude message for pot growers.

ABC 10 News reports the official’s shirt read:

“Marijuana Eradication San Diego, CA. F*** the growers… Marijuana is still illegal.”

The station reports:

Marcus Boyd, whose business was raided even though he claims the marijuana he grows is legal, called the message on the shirt “disrespectful and vulgar.” He said it shows members of the Narcotics Task Force “have gone rogue.”

The official is a member of a local drug enforcement task force. The agencies with officers on the task force declined to tell the TV reporter which agency the official represents. The local sheriff and a representative of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration said the shirt was inappropriate.
