Cannabis seized from a house in Batchley


CANNABIS with a suspected value of between £600 and £1,000 was seized from an address in Batchley on Wednesday, June 25.


Officers from the Abbey Safer Neighbourhood Team for West Mercia Police carried out a warrant at the home on Pulman Close and seized the class B drugs and £600 in cash.


An investigation has been launched and two people are due to be interviewed by the police soon.


One of the ways that members of the public can help keep Batchley safe is by reporting the use or supply of illegal drugs to police on 101. Any information received is taken very seriously and will be acted on where appropriate.
